WHAT THIS ROLE IS

The Design Lead is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand design across Chelsea Co.’s client work.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution. You will produce design work for client deliverables, pitches, and campaigns, while ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.

You will also provide clear art direction to freelance creatives and maintain a reliable network of designers and collaborators who can be activated when needed.

In projects without an external Creative Director, you will define the visual direction and lead execution within the strategic framework set by the Founder and Accounts team.
