WHAT THIS ROLE IS

We’re looking for a hands-on Design Lead to elevate the creative output of Chelsea Co. This is a role for someone who loves making, designing standout work across campaigns, social, and pitches, while shaping visual direction and maintaining a sharp eye for quality.


You’ll join initially as a freelance partner (~96 hours/month), embedded in our core team, with a clear pathway to grow into a full-time role. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy and content, bring ideas to life fast, and build a trusted network of creatives to scale delivery as we grow.
